Having established trading models across each of the Arcadia brands, our dedicated International team works closely with individual functions in each brand, providing unrivalled support to potential franchise partners not only throughout the application process, but for the lifetime of the partnership.

It does this in many ways across a number of areas, starting with store design – from the initial stage to opening, – through visual merchandising and in-store creative treatments.

When it comes to the merchandising function, our Merchandising Team will work closely with you to provide the right clothing and trends for your stores based on store and market profiles. Working in tandem, our Exports Team will complete the necessary customs and shipping paperwork for your despatches to ensure a smooth-running global distribution service.

In addition, our international marketing team is on hand to support you with seasonal marketing strategies and bespoke PR events that carry a distinct brand identity. We’ll also provide you with trademark and IP protection.

All of this is provided by our dedicated International Team which works closely with individual functions in each Arcadia brand to provide you with the highest level of support possible.

What we ask from you

As a franchise partner and a current fashion brand operator, your awareness of the local retail market and infrastructure brings specialist market knowledge to our business.

In addition, your ability to gain access to key retail locations and recruit the best local talent is hugely important when operating in international markets.

We ask that you have established operational and management functions, as well as a logistics and distribution centre and that you have sufficient capital funding to support your development plan as this is an essential requirement of any franchise agreement.
