We ensure what we pay is competitive in the marketplace by regularly benchmarking our salaries and carrying out reviews of our pay scales in line with current market rates.

We also review our employees' pay as they develop their skill levels through the achievement of competencies. We are committed to recognising and rewarding individual performance and development through our annual appraisal process.

• Holidays - all our employees are entitled to paid holiday. These increase over time to reward loyalty, pro-rated for our part time employees. Also, to provide greater choice and flexibility, some employees who work at Head Office can opt for Holiday Trading, in which you have the choice to buy or sell up to five days holiday.
