How can I get a job in one of your stores?
Once you’ve decided on which brand you’d like to work for pop into store with your c.v. Each store is responsible for recruiting directly themselves and will quickly be able to let you know if there are vacancies.
Graduates
How do I join Arcadia if I am a graduate?
We offer lots of different entry level graduate positions across our business, these are always advertised on our careers section of the site. This includes roles in Buying, Merchandising and Logistics. We recruit specifically for our Finance Graduate scheme three times a year in October, February and August.
At Arcadia we recruit all year round for our entry level roles in Buying, Merchandising and Logistics and our finance programme is a structured three phase programme.
What are the minimum requirements for your graduate programmes?
For most of our roles we require a relevant degree or work experience, it’s worth checking the specific job specification in question.
Do you offer summer internships?
We currently don’t offer any specific summer internships but it’s something that we are looking into.
Do you offer industrial placements?
We review our position on industrial placements every year as the requirement is driven by the brand. This year it is unlikely that we will be offering any placements.
Do you offer work experience?
Our brands are always on the look out for work experience students, they manage all of their own requirements so keep an eye on the brand career pages. You’ll need to be in full time education to qualify.

How do I obtain a reference?
Our Group HR team manage all of our reference requests.
I am a recruitment agency, how do I work with Arcadia?
We currently operate a PSL which we review every two years. If you are an agency interested in working with us then please forward your details to supplier.enquires@arcadiagroup.co.uk.
How do I apply for your international roles in Top Shop?
Please go to Topshop’s career pages www.topshop.co.uk and apply direct to the brand.
Career advice/School leavers
We currently don’t offer any school leaver programmes within Head-Office. Our stores take on school leavers each year and will recruit directly through the store.
How do I get into buying?
You will need to have either studied a fashion related degree or have six months worth of work experience in a similar environment. If you don’t have a fashion related degree there are some fantastic short courses available at some of the universities (Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Fashion)
How do I get into design?
You will need to have studied Design at university or have relevant work experience within a design environment.

At Arcadia we only allow you to apply to one position at a time. This is because you need to be passionate about the role you’re applying for. You’ll need to wait for 3 months until you can submit a new application. You’ll need to delete your previous application, which can take up to 48hrs and start again.
