We should say, at this point, that working in fashion is about a lot more than simply designing new product. There’s a whole host of ways in which you can apply your personal skill set, but whichever area you move into, some things are essential. For starters, you’ll need to love working in a fast-paced and dynamic business alongside colleagues who share your passion for the product.

For the product areas of our business (Buying, Design, Creative) you’ll need to have a fashion related degree such as a BA Design, Textile Management, Fashion Journalism, Fashion and Marketing or Buying and Merchandising Management.
If you enjoy working with numbers, a role within Merchandising or Finance may interest you, we therefore recommend pursuing more analytical degrees such as BSC Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Maths, Economics or Psychology.
