• Research the role so that you have a thorough understanding of the tasks you will be involved in on a day to day basis
• Ensure you have read our website, and have familiarised yourself with all of the brands within the Arcadia Group
• Make sure you are in a quiet area
• Speak clearly
• Listen to the question being asked and focus your answer accordingly

Interview hints and tips

• You are not required to wear a suit to the interview. We are a fashion retailer so it is instead advised that you dress to reflect your personal style. You might like to visit one of our stores to get some inspiration about key trends
• Be aware of your body language and eye contact
• Don’t forget to prepare some questions you’d like to ask us at the end of the interview- make the most of the opportunity while you are here!
