As an HR business placement student you'll be placed in one of our brands for the duration of your placement. Your training will be very much on the job, learning from experienced HR teams about this important business function.

Skills and experience

Our Human Resources business placement positions are tailor made for students studying for an HR-related degree and undertaking a year's placement as part of their degree. As with all of our Graduate programmes you must hold a minimum of five GCSES (or equivalent) grades A to C, including Maths and English.

We also look for applicants with the following attributes:

• Good Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Team player
• Influencing and communication skills
• Passion for fashion retail

Starting Salary

How to Apply

Our application process involves the following steps:

1. Completion of online application form
2. Completion of online numerical ability test (provided by the SHL Group)
3. Telephone interview with a member of our Graduate Resourcing Team
4. Attendance at Assessment Centre (in London)
