Introducing Retail Management

If it’s variety, excitement and a fast track to independence and responsibility that turns you on, then our Retail Graduate Programme could be just the thing for you. Working in store, you’ll have access to the most influential characters in our business - our customers.

As a Graduate Management Trainee you’ll be involved with all aspects of store management, shadowing an experienced manager to learn on the job. By the end of the first year you’ll be in a store management position with the opportunity to move swiftly into more senior store and regional management roles.

Your Development

The programme kicks off with a national induction event and then training continues in-store with further induction and early responsibility for store operations and team management, based in one of our brands.

We’ll support you through the programme with a tailored personal development plan, and you’ll attend a number of core skills workshops through your first year to equip you with the core skills you’ll need to run your own store. You’ll have your own development portfolio to help track your progress, and will have regular reviews along the way.

At the end of the programme, you’ll be ready for your first management role.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in our process, you’ll be able to prove your commercial awareness and passion for customer service. This programme is not degree specific but we will expect you to have relevant work experience. You’ll also be required to be flexible around location across the UK.

Starting Salary

Our starting salary for our graduate retail management programme is £20,000. You’ll also enjoy a great benefits package.See Why Join Our Team
