BRAND MARKETING

With consumers becoming ever more discerning about how they are sold to, it’s essential we recruit individuals who have a flair for innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll be expected to communicate the brand messages to customers through channels such as press/media, stores, direct marketing, online, promotions and market research.

Since the marketing teams liaise closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams, creative and PR as well as third party partners such as Santander (our store card provider), this is a role that will apply to individuals who seek variety in their working day. Some of the roles within this area of the business include Marketing Assistant, Marketing Co-ordinator, Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager.

eCOMMERCE

Our internet business has experienced amazing growth over the last year both in the UK and Internationally, with some of our brands' transactional websites increasing sales in excess of 100%.

It’s crucial that our trading sites are user friendly and easy to navigate by our customers, no matter where in the world they are.  Our eCommerce teams are based in both Group where they support the development of the eCommerce strategy for the whole business and also for the brands, where they ensure that the trading platforms are as effective as possible.

Area Management

An Area Manager in Arcadia is responsible for the financial success and sales performance of their area. Their role is to ensure that all of the stores in their area meet their targets.  In order to do this successfully they spend a large part of each working week visiting the various stores, working with the teams their to help them trade the store effectively and to ensure that each store maintains the Group’s high retail standards.

To ensure that the stores are financially successful, an Area Manager has to work through their teams to deliver results.  This calls for the ability to lead and develop diverse teams as well as having real commercial understanding of how to maximise the store's performance.

To be successful in this role, we look for people who have a proven track record in a similar role and are passionate about delivering great results for both their teams and customers.
