Audit/Loss Prevention

General overview

The Loss Prevention team both in store and within our Head Offices provides support for all control, risk and loss management. The team works closely with retail operations and store managers to ensure the business is protected as much as possible. Loss Prevention is also supported by a specialist fraud investigation department who investigate trends across the group relating to cash or stock queries.
