Our Area Managers have sole responsibility for the financial success of their area, which will include several stores grouped together geographically. They are the line manager for the Store Managers in their area and are charged with developing and leading their team.

Area Managers have a view across all their stores - spending time on numerous visits to different branches each week - and play a key role in ensuring our branches are consistent in their look and feel and that our high retail standards are maintained.

They also have a strong commercial focus and are responsible for driving the business forward by setting strategic objectives and communicating business messages to all the store teams in their area.
