Branch Management

Many of our Branch Management have moved up through the Sales Advisor grades, developing their skills to enable them to take on the challenge of running their own store. Responsible for the overall performance of their branch, commercial awareness and leadership skills are key talents required for this role.

To be successful, you'll need to drive store performance and ensure that your branch meets your brand's visual retail standards and service levels. Hand-in-hand with this goes people responsibilities; you'll lead the store team, motivating your employees and supporting their development. A key part of this role is to identify and develop future talent, to ensure the business has a continual flow of potential managers ready to step up and successfully run our stores.
