Our retail teams play a vital role in the success of our business; they are the face of our brands for our customers. Delivering exceptional service, understanding our customers' needs and going the extra mile are all part of the daily mix of working in our stores.

With more than 2,500 stores across the UK, most high streets, shopping centres and retail developments have at least one of our brands in its line-up. We expect customers to enjoy a fantastic welcome, excellent service and complete satisfaction wherever and whenever they shop.

In return for their passion and commitment, our store teams are supported and developed. It's not unusual for our sales advisors to move into a management role. There are opportunities to climb the retail ladder further while some individuals chose to move over into a head office role.
