Competency Based LearningWithin most functions - such as Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Distribution, Technical Services and Design - on the job training is competency based. Competencies clarify what's expected of you at each level so that you can perform to the best of your ability. These performance standards provide a framework to create your own development plan and actively manage your career. Every day you'll work alongside experienced team members and this combined with regular reviews and annual appraisals with you line manager will allow you to learn and develop on the job.
Open CoursesOur Management Development team offer a range of courses that cover business, technical, personal and relationship skills. These are delivered both in house and in partnership with experts in the field such as the London College of Fashion. These courses run over one or two days and are aimed at allowing individuals to address development needs identified from competency booklets and personal reviews.
