Having provided you with an insight into the job, introduced you to your individual line manager and given you the chance to meet some of your team, brand or department, we’ll support you in ensuring you have the information and business priorities you need to succeed in your role.

The best way to learn anything is to actually do it. That’s why most of your learning will take place on the job. It’s here that you’ll learn about your role, your department, the brand, and how we do business. This is driven by you and supported by your line manager and peers.
To complement your ongoing development we have a policy in place which is designed to support our employees through a series of professional qualifications including CIPD (HR) and CIMA (Finance).
