Not only do we recognise the need to engage our people in support of our Fashion Footprint programme, we also acknowledge their expectations of us as their employer to demonstrate our commitments.

This dual responsibility has been advanced this year. Our Retail Engagement initiative has moved on significantly, thanks to store teams’ passionate commitment to making a difference.

This year also saw us hold two Fashion Footprint Focus Groups, established with the support of the Fashion Footprint Advisory Panel. The outputs of these lively and highly creative sessions will help to refresh and reinvigorate our social responsibility programme.
