As a Corporate Client you’re eligible to purchase both Arcadia Gift Cards and Vouchers. This means that whether you want to say a special ‘thank you’ to a hardworking member of staff, or incorporate it as part of a loyalty or incentive scheme, you’ll be able to offer the recipient a gift that lets them shop whenever and wherever they want in our participating stores.
Available in Sterling and Euro currencies (the latter is redeemable in Eire and Northern Ireland only) Arcadia Gift Cards and Vouchers be topped up over and over again and plus they offer brilliant choice supported with customer service that’s tailored to meet individual needs.
Order & Fulfillment
- Gift Cards
These can be loaded with any value from £1 to £300 (for use in the UK) and €1 to €450 (for use in Eire and Northern Ireland). Recipients can go online to register cards against loss or theft, and check the remaining balance of a card. Our cards can also be topped up in any or our stores in the UK and Ireland.
- Gift Vouchers
These are available in different denominations and in a range of values: Sterling £1, £5, £10 and £25 and Euro €2, €10, €20 and €50 (for Eire and Northern Ireland).
The process of ordering Gift Cards or Vouchers and loading and activating cards couldn’t be easier. Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact the Corporate Gift Card team by calling 0844 984 0490 or email us at email@example.com to obtain a purchase order form. Alternatively, simply download either the Sterling or Euro order forms in the Order Here section.
- Fill in the form, telling us how many cards you need, whether you’d like them in a special wallet and how much you’d like credited to each card. Don’t forget to give us the recipient’s name plus delivery and payment details, too. If you prefer to purchase vouchers, use the Voucher Order Form to let us know your preferred quantities and values.
- Return the form to us by post, fax or email.
Providing we’ve received an activation call from the recipient, Gift Cards will be loaded within 24 to 48 hours after the customer or client has confirmed receipt of their emailed order instructions.
Gift cards not activated as part of the main order activation will be loaded within 24 hours of the receipt of an activation phone call.
If possible, call the activation line between 10am and 1pm, Monday to Friday, as this gives our team time to activate the Gift Cards.
When you call we’ll ask for verification information such as company name, full customer name, serial number(s) and activation code/password.
As if that wasn’t simple enough, Gift Cards can easily be topped up centrally by the client or ‘central account purchaser’ and also by the individual recipient at any till point in any of our stores.

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll process your payment and confirm your order by email.
If you’re an existing customer with a corporate credit account, we’ll usually dispatch your Gift Cards and Vouchers within 24 hours of us receiving your order. All Gift Card orders are sent by First Class Mail. In special circumstances, however, we can send pre-loaded Gift Cards by Guaranteed Registered Post.
All Gift Voucher orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order form by Guaranteed Registered Post up to 2pm. We can deliver to any UK address with a Royal Mail postcode.
If you’re a new customer, we’ll require full payment by BACS or credit card payment to clear before we dispatch your order.
We accept BACS or credit card payments for all orders and we can send invoices monthly, or after each sales order – whichever works best for you. Our payment terms are 28 days net from the invoice date and we’ll provide a monthly statement for any balance outstanding at the end of each month.
If an unloaded card is lost or stolen in transit we’ll reissue it. Loaded cards lost in transit between Arcadia Group (‘the Supplier’) and the Corporate Client (‘the purchaser’) can be blocked or voided, provided the loaded value has not been spent.
As part of our published terms and conditions, we hold no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers – whether they have been redeemed or not – once responsibility for them has passed to the customer. This occurs at the time of delivery.
