TOPSHOP is to launch a Resort collection for the first time, following on from the success of last year’s Pre-Fall range. The simple modern capsule collection will launch on the 9th January 2014 and embodies the understated elegant style of the Unique line.
The 15 piece collection of co-ordinated separates and dresses is worked in luxury fabrications; bonded satin, lightweight silk and raffia across a fresh monochrome palette with pop of mint. Graphic bamboo print adorn tucked-in tea and wrap front dresses as well as a boxy blouse, while contrasting clean lines create bold shapes on a matching bomber jacket and sport cut trouser. A crew neck jumper and knee length skirt is worked in checkerboard raffia. An open blouse and wide leg trouser in black feature white pocket detail, creating an easy fluid silhouette that runs throughout this midseason collection.
