The biggest event in the Fashion Retail Academy’s calendar, the FRA Awards Ceremony to celebrate the success of its graduating students, took place today at their inspirational learning environment, just off of London’s Oxford Street.

Fresh from her performance at Glastonbury, Special Guest Rita Ora presented the FRA Commitment Award to Naj Chowdhury for his exceptional work ethic, drive and dedication.

The FRA has proved a resounding success , leading the way in employer engagement, this year securing 514 student work placements across 110 retail partners.  83% of these retailers said that they would employ their work placement student, which is testament to FRA’s ability to give their students the fully rounded skills that make them ready for the work-place.

The Academy delivers a unique and contemporary educational experience with a range of vocational and work-oriented courses.

“To inspire and develop young talent for a career in the fashion retail industry” is the FRA’s Mission Statement, and the success and pride of today’s graduating students has proven this  to be much more than words.
