I am pleased to confirm that we have signed a fifteen year lease on 478 Broadway, New York, NY 10013. This transaction has been concluded directly with Mr Steve Roth, Chairman and CEO of Vornado, the owners of the site
I am hopeful that this will be the start of our American development of the TOPSHOP/TOPMAN brands, with several further sites being considered.
Additional conversations are continuing about several other international markets where the company is not currently represented.
