It’s not just about crunching the numbers – our finance team help us manage our business effectively. Based in London and Leeds, the team pull together the budgets, forecasts and trading reports for the group as well as looking after things like payroll and accounts. There is lots of varied and interesting project work to get involved with too.
Our brands really are our people, and our specialist HR teams are responsible for bringing the best out of them. Talent, reward, organisational development and employee relations all come under our remit. Promoting our group as a great place to work is a big part of what we do, so you’ll often see us out and about at careers fairs, the Fashion Retail Academy or flying the flag on our social media channels.
With over 900 stores across 40 countries, International is a huge part of our group: if you’ve been bitten by the fashion bug AND the travel bug then this is the team for you. As well as working on our plans for world domination, the team makes sure our international customers enjoy the same shopping experience as here in the UK, which makes for a fast-moving environment where attention to detail is everything.
Our talented tech team is based in London and Leeds. As well as providing IT support for the group they are also involved in the big projects that will help us grow in the future. Think things like changes to our online systems, which will allow customers to be even more flexible with their deliveries and collections. It’s smart stuff!
Things move fast in the digital team. After all, we serve 110 countries through 40 websites in several languages and currencies from our London office. We work directly with the brands as well as setting out the overall digital strategy for the group. Getting it right for our customers and offering them the best online experience is what drives us. Current projects range from designing a multiple-brand collect from store service to creating new apps for all brands.
PR & Events
Our team represents every brand in the group so no two days are the same. From PR campaigns for new launches and collaborations to getting standout press coverage across the globe and organising and hosting media events – it’s a fast-moving, full-on environment where we are constantly on the lookout for new ideas.
Property & Store Development
We make sure every store offers an amazing environment for our customers and our colleagues – and with over 2,000 stores in the UK, US and EU there’s a lot of ground for our Property & Store Development team to cover! It’s our job to find and develop new sites for stores as well as designing the in-store concepts that make each brand feel special for our shoppers.
Getting our clothes to our customers is no mean feat. Our supply chain teams handle over 130 million items from approximately 50 countries around the world every year, using a combination of sea, road and air. We employ 1,500 people in our three UK distribution centres and operate distribution hubs in Singapore and the USA - where each item is processed and sent to the right store. We also send 30 million items to our 900 international stores each year. We deliver over 10 million online orders to 120 countries a year too: it is safe to say the sun never sets on our supply chain.
Supplier ManagementBeing a large business, we work with a significant number of suppliers and our supplier management team is responsible for building, monitoring and managing these relationships. Our team makes sure everything we buy meets high standards. We work closely with group sourcing to monitor sourcing patterns and provide detailed product information to the business. We are also responsible for our Fashion Footprint initiative which includes our ethical trading programme.
Nothing is more important than our customers. Our customer care team help create the perfect shopping experience, working 24/7 from our multi-lingual global contact centre to answer their queries and support the stores, head office and our delivery centres.
Audit & Loss Prevention
We are based in London but have teams all over the UK. It is our job to support our store teams to take care of our stock, helping prevent loss and fraud within a secure environment for our customers and colleagues.
From paper to packaging, PCs to pens, our purchasing team are responsible for buying the practical things we need to keep our shops and offices ticking over. We also look after the design, print and delivery of our promotional material – from the posters you see on our store windows to our carrier bags.
We look after Arcadia’s head office buildings in London and Leeds, looking after things like maintenance, cleaning, security, reception, porterage, car fleet, travel, mailrooms and reprographics.

Based in London, we source beautiful products from across the world to help create new products that will thrill our customers.
