Our people are overwhelmingly 20 and 30-somethings who have grown up with high levels of environmental and social awareness and expect their employer to reflect that. So it is critical that we continue to demonstrate our commitments and engage our employees in support of Fashion Footprint.
We have enhanced our internal communications to ensure that we are talking to our employees regularly about our aims and what they can do to support the programme.
