Not only do we recognise the need to engage our employees in support of our Fashion Footprint programme, we also acknowledge their expectations of us to demonstrate our commitments.

This dual responsibility has moved forward again this year. Our retail engagement working party has adopted a new strategy, and our store teams continue to demonstrate immense energy and passion for the Fashion Footprint aims.

Key to our progress under this pillar in 2015 has been our launch of a new employee survey to measure attitudes and commitment to Fashion Footprint. We are delighted to report that the results are overwhelmingly in support of our intention to be a socially responsible retailer.
